Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and flavored sparklers, we cannot accept returns of physical product once it has shipped. If your shipment arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement to satisfy your thirst for death.

If your cans arrived crushed or leaking, take high-quality photos of the carnage as evidence for our support team.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of your damaged goods.
Verification
Our team will review your claim to ensure your water was truly murdered during transit and verify your eligibility for a remedy.
Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either initiate a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh case of Liquid Death immediately.
